The Wizard of Oz Panto Tshirt Order Form

Please use the form to order a t-shirt if you would like one. Shirts are $15 each and the deadline to order a shirt is Oct. 27th. You’ll need to send money for the shirt via Venmo to Matt or by cash at rehearsal before the deadline for your shirt to be included in the order. Note that munchkins will be receiving a shirt with Munchkin # on the back as part of their costume, and will only need to order a shirt if they would like one with the show logo and year on the back in addition to the costume shirt.
